Hi I bought new sim two days ago

still not showing sim range they said will work within few hours but still not 

why it’s so irritating now

Hi I got from store and the guy activated 

it’s brand new sim so there is no replace convern with old one 

I don’t have sim before 

@Vipyul   you got a brand new SIM card to replace old sim or to activate?

 

if you are replacing old sim , please login to My Account and request Change SIM card and select one of the option to receive the security code

@Vipyul  can you provide us more information

 

You get a new sim card to replace an old one?  If so, did you login to My Account and request Change SIM card and you entered the security code? 

 

 

If you did all that , what is the error message on the phone?  "No SIM"?  "SIM not provisioned"?  or "No Network"?
