SIM card stop working

VeronicaAlberti

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to request a replacement SIM card for my mobile phone.

I have been using the exact same SIM card for approximately 5 years. However, for the past few weeks, my phone has frequently displayed a No SIM card error message.

To fix it, I have to take the SIM card out and reinsert it multiple times before it starts working again. This issue is becoming increasingly frequent and disruptive.

Could you please send me a new SIM card while keeping my current phone number? Please let me know if you need any additional verification details to process this request.

Thanks,

Veronica Alberti

Try resetting the Network setting on your phone then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
