Hello,

My Wechat moments can’t download the pictures and videos all the time. Sometimes it can show, but  sometimes it doesn’t. My friend told me that he had the same issue before.  PM helped him and got his account changed to use IPv4 instead of IPv6 because wechat still uses IPv4.  He also mentioned  that when you help me, you can refer to the ticket #000000012171053. Thank you.

You need to create your own ticket to a CS_Agent for help but this would be in your APN phone settings.
