@maitikhelef so, it is not the sim card, but the service
did you try reboot your phone?

Sorry meat to say Couldn't make a call

I could make a call with my phone. So as a test I put my SIM card on another working phone with its SIM card and the result was the same. My SIM card didn't work.

@maitikhelef sim card usually do not break. You sure it is not your account or device?
Please first check your My Account using Incognito mode. Confirm if the account status is Active or suspended
Then try to reseat your sim card. Power down the phone, take sim card out for a minute. Then put it back and power up
If you have another phone around, test your PM sim card there
If it still fails, check with PM support first. Have them to check from their system to see if they can do anything. if they also suggest it might be a faulty sim card, ask them if they can reimburse the cost to change sim

@maitikhelef , more information is needed to help with the troubleshooting. To me, a bad SIM card means the phone is unable to read the card. Sometimes a phone cannot read a card because the phone is faulty. Generally speaking SIM cards are extremely durable and unlikely to be the faulty item when service is not working. Please provide further symptoms for a more focused suggestion.
