I have ordered SIM online on November 25, 2020 and yet not received that. How to track that ??
I have only received one email confirmation after ordering SIM online with order number

PUblic Mobile doesn't even always send by Canada Post any longer. As for when Public Mobile does use Canada Post, they're not always using a trackable service - but sometimes do..

It does say 3-5 days but since covid started not too many were so lucky to receive it in such a short time.
If you are in a hurry call your local Walmart they often give free sim with in-store activation and yes you can just your friend's referral code on store too.
You will find the user for the spare sim card, i always do too:)

Did you order it directly through Public Mobile, or a 3rd party supplier, like Canadian Cell Supply?

In general, it is taking about 2-3 weeks for SIM card to arrive. Previously, you were able to track via Canada Post, but I don't think thet it is working these days. You can try.
If you don't receive by the end of this week, you then should get in contact with moderator.

It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. You can open a ticket for moderators to investigate. Chat bubble bottom right. You can also private message them.
