SIM card not arrived

Hello, I had ordered a SIM from Public Mobile back on March 5th and received a confirmation email saying it got shipped. I've waited the alloted 3-7 days for shipment as it is now March 12th but have not received my SIM card yet, I'm wondering if anyone knows what happened to my order? My order number is 159652.

I ordered online twice during the last 4 weeks. It took only 1 business day after they shipped from Toronto. Here is Vancouver, BC. Canada Post Xpresspost takes only 1 business day within Canada. I saw tracking number on the package, so you should be able to get the tracking info using your order number and postal code (if necessary).

 

I tried your order number and the tracking site requested your postal code. So, try yourself.

How to track your SIM card order?
  

Recently, i made a new discovery that allows you to track your sim order package. As we all know, sim cards are shipped by Xpresspost and they should have tracking number, but Public Mobile does not give you the tracking details.

 

So the following is a very simple method to track your sim card order:

 

  • Go to Canada post tracking web page: https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home
  • Enter the order number as the tracking/reference number in the box
  • Order number is sent on your email when you place an order. Please wait until you get the shipping confirmation before tracking your package. 
  • Click on the Track button and it will ask you to enter your postal code associated with your order. You will be asked for your postal code only if dulicate reference numbers are found in their system.

Canada post made a change to their website and the tracking tool was also changed. I have updated this short guide to reflect the change.

@s_k_z, the SIM probably wasn't sent out until the 6th, and today is the 5th business day for XpressPost.  It should still be on its way.

 

Do you have a community mailbox?  It might bet there, rather than at your door.
