My phone SIM is locked due to many wrong passwods

you don't use chat, you submit ticket.  We provided you how to submit ticket and it will only help if you follow

do you think it is fair that a client like me been on the chat line for the last 4 hours without any result or success to have a chat with a live agent that is too much on my nerve.

first, we are just customers in the community here, we cannot help SIM pin lock

PM is Public Mobile.  Public Mobile support can help but only if you submit ticket.

is it device pin lock or sim card pin lock?
