I ordered my SIM card a week ago and it still hasn’t come in the mail. Is this normal?

Consider of activating an E-Sim that would allow you to use your phone almost instantly instead of waiting days for the physical sim. When you eventually do get the SIM card you could always easily just transfer the e-sim to it.

It normally takes 10 working days or 2 weeks to arrive but members have reported that it took 3 weeks.
Patience but if you can’t wait. Pick one up at a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10 or Amazon for $4.99.

@Sillylisa, depending on where you live it can actually take up to 3 weeks coming from Canada Post with no tracking. I would say wait another week and if it hasn't arrived you can try contacting a CS_agent by opening a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)
