@Ugacan03 if you are simply changing phones then just remove the SIM card from one phone and place it in the other phone. Depending on same or different SIM size slot you may need to remove or add the outer parts.
If you lost your existing SIM or it is damaged in some way then, yes as @computergeek541 mentions, only Moderators are able to swap SIM numbers on Public Mobile accounts now.

This option is no longer available in self serve. Please go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then type "SIM card swap".
