I tried activating my SIM, after all the info was submitted I received an error message saying the activation failed and to visit the community for help. I tried visiting the community but there's nothing that can help. It would be great if there could be a more detailed error message to explain what's going on. It looks like the transaction was processed but the activation failed. When I tried to activate again it said the SIM card has been taken...
This is not a good start to switching phone companies. and it looks like this error happens often. I wasn't porting a phone number, just a simple new activation. Someone please help.
