I am trying to register my SIM card. I went through the questions and the processing failed. Now when I respond, the system tells me that my SIM is invalid. Please advise. Thanks.

@rhianna

When you try again it's best to first clear cache and use incognito mode.

@rhianna  of your credit card wasn't charged, your sim may be locked from too many attempts.  Wait 1 hour from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your service. Here's an article on activation https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up

If your card was charged insert your SIM into your phone and try logging into your self service account.  Get back to us if more help is required. Welcome to PM.  Stay safe.

@rhianna

First check if your credit card was charged.  If charged, then put your SIM card in the phone to see whether your account was activated.

If not charged, you can try again.  Website is finicky at times.  You can try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.  Chrome incognito seems to work well.
