Good luck.
Depends where you got the phone. All providers in Canada are now required to allow unlocking of "their" phones locked to their network...for free.
Phones brought from elsewhere...

If the phone is not locked to Koodo or Telus, you can purchase unlock codes for a very low price on eBay.
eBay unlockers include unlocking instructions too.
Good luck.

Thanks for replying, but how do I contact PM moderator? I’m not familiar

This is a public forum so you might want to remove your imei from your post.
To request an unlock code, you must contact a moderator to do so. Use the following link to send a message.

You need to contact your original mobile provider to unlock your phone. It is a free service.
If the phone is locked to Telus/Koodo/Public Mobile, you can contact PM moderator to unlock.
