I'm new to public mobile, and I did answer the question saying, I'd like to port my telephone number over to public. I bought a new sim card and I did everything that seems step by step correctly. But my phone will not register that I have a sim card.It keeps saying no sim card.No sim card, and i'm very confused
I don't have the option to try with another sim card and I work out a town and I really need my cell phone.I'm struggling a lot right now.Because of it, can someone? Please give me some advice

Thank you. I'm still gonna work on fixing this. And probably go buy a new SIM today to see if it works. But in the meantime, I did send a support ticket from your link

Yes I used the App I belive i did start to finish activation, yes I used a credit card, yes my account has been charged, it says on my account 29 days left of service available no data used 0/175GB because nothing is working.
Yes I have a previous Sim working in my phone but my Telus sim was not working shortly after I transfered my number to public.
I did try another friends Koodo Sim in my phone and it worked immediately so im ruling out my SiM Reader being the problem

Did you use the PM app to activate SIM?
Did you reply to the text with YES from your previous carrier (with old SIM in your phone) that you are porting over to PM?
Your old SIM will continue to work until porting is completed.
If all fails, contact a CS_Agent to check for your problem:

More details would be helpful.
Did you use the PM app to start or finish activation? Were you charged on your credit card? Is your previous carrier service working? You have a physical new PM SIM card right now?
