Hi. I place a SIM online order on May 2, 2023 and received an order number were it says SIM will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Todays is May 16th and I haven’t received my order.

hi @velenahouse it is less than 10 days, your sim should arrive sometime this week
But if you want, submit a ticket and ask for update

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If you want to wait for your SIM card to be delivered & it goes past 3 weeks please submit a support ticket to CSA (Customer Support Agent) for help with your missing SIM card.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for a response back from a CSA in your Community private mailbox at the top right of this page which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon 📩to the left of your Community avatar.

SIM card orders can take up to 3 weeks to receive from Public Mobile that are delivered through Canada Post with no tracking. It took over 3 weeks to receive mine. Some get them much faster! Sorry.
If you need one faster you could try getting one at a Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store then set up your account online at home. Also, I find using a browser in private / incognito mode allows the setup to go smoother. If you purchase one in store you can save the extra one that you purchased on here (once you receive it) to pass on to someone else that may want to sign up or keep it as a spare in case you lose one.
