Ordered a SIM card on March 17/2023 and haven't received. Payment was withdrawn from my banking account.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over a month, likely it is lost in the mail. Please open ticket with PM support and they will usually either resend you another one or offer to reimburse you if you decide to buy it from local Telus/Koodo stores instead
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
