Hi, I've been unsuccessful in getting connected with customer support. My SIM was mailed to an address in another province. How do I proceed with cancelling / getting a new one?

open ticket with PM support to confirm if they can resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
