I've received the shipment email on Jan 4, but I haven't received my SIM card yet so it's been more than 3-7 business days. Could I have help in regards to this? Thanks!

There's a good chance the shipment may have been lost, it shouldn't take this long. I suggest sending a private message to the moderator team and have them reship the order. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.
BTW, you might want to consider picking up a SIM card from Walmart or WOW mobile if that's convenient. Then you can ask the moderator team to process a credit for your SIM card purchase.
