Hi there, I signed up for Public Mobile along some of my family members yesterday (4 people in total). We chose to get physical SIMs shipped to us. Would we be able to cancel these shipments and the $5 charge - we are thinking of going in store tomorrow to purchase SIM cards in person instead.
Please let me know what information you need from us to proceed with this. Thank you.

It will cost you a total of $40 plus taxes if you pickup from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik stores compared with $20 plus taxes if you wait for your SIM order.
I would suggest you wait for them to arrive.

if there's a Mobile Klinik in your city..they have the Public Mobile sims for about $10. You can likely get Customer Support to cancel your sim purchase using the link supplied by @Chalupa_Batman . Using referal codes, each new account will attract a $10 credit upon successful activation anyhow.

Hello @jonathan24 If purchased yesterday, you can reach a CS Agent via this link to cancel if not already sent.

Here are faster ways to get them.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Side note, it's $10 at a store if you can find it and $4.99 at Amazon.
