When attempting to purchase a replacement SIM card, the site refused to process the payment. The error message stated that while my card had processed successfully, the transaction would not process, and to contact support. A second attempt was the same.
I used the credit card attached to auto-pay on the account, and tried to process the transaction on the mobile website.

don't buy the sim card from PM site if they didn't charge your credit card, you can buy it cheaper from Amazon

but in case they charged you, ask PM support agent to check and help
