Hi I made a new account and I paid for the subscribtion already. However I can’t transfer my number. I want a new number from public mobile but I can’t go back on the app it keeps asking me to log out and when I log out it brings me back to the exact spot where I left off “confirming sim” “can’t confirm” “re try”

why can't you transfer you phone number?
