Did you buy the iphone used? As @softech says it is usually locked to a provider and only they can get it for you. way back when I had this issue my first go round with PM and I had to call Rogers to get the code to unlock a phone I bought off kijiji.

@dilrajrai i just want to confirm. PM support and provide you SIM CARD PUK.
But usually when a new phone is used and if it is asking for PUK, it usually is the carrier unlock code that it was asking
Was that iPhone used on another network before? and the message was not "SIM not supported", right? If the message is "SIM not supported", then it would mean the iPhone was locked to a carrier and not a SIM card PUK issue.

Did you try to enter your phone PIN on your iPhone in Settings>Cellular>SIM PIN?
If that didn’t work, contact a CS_Agent for help.

@chongmatthew01 have you been using a SIM PIN ? and you have entered too many incorrect PIN and triggered the message? If it is SIM CARD PUK error , you can open a ticket with PM Support and have them to get you the PUK code. Please use this direct link to open PUK related ticket:
