SIM Card Locked need a PUK

 

Is connecting with a moderator the only way to resolve this issue?

I responded to the private message twice with no reponse. We have not been able to make calls for a week now 😞

The PUK code is listed on that card.

 

I'm not sure what your message means.  The PUK code not "listed" anywhere.  It's a security code that is purposely kept secret from customers and you cannot get it by simply taking a look at a piece of plastic.

@markrYes unless you have a samsung phone or you want to spend $10 on a new sim card.
