Ported Rogers phone number and phone indicates emergency calls only. Phone asked for SIM PIN and entered PIN chosen during registration and not recognized.

If you forgot your Public Mobile PIN#, and cannot locate it nor recall the one you entered on activation, you'll need to contact the Moderators to get it reset.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@TSN IS your phone locked to Rogers?
Contact them to unlock it for your at no cost to you.
Try 1234 for PIN.
"SIM network unlock PIN" is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI (dial *#06# to get it) and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.
