I tried purchasing a SIM CARD Online and I kept getting the message that the operation could not be completed. After 4 tries I checked my bank account only to find that I had been charged 4 times for a SIM card. I need a refund and I need a card to be sent to me.  Please help.

Best to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for a refund.

I would recommend you purchase the SIM from Amazon for $5 with faster shipping as PM ($10) may take up to 3 week to arrive.

@334lll check if they were just pending charges.

If they were posted charges, ask PM CS agent to check and help
