The 'My Account' drop down menu does not have any options and just seems to take me to another window that doesn't appear to be my account. It is stuck in a loop. I have tried clearing cache, going incognito, and I have also tried a different computer.

Website has caching issues. Especially if trying to access different accounts. May need to clear cache before trying your account.
Might want to consider download PM app on your phone and login that way.

I checked and I am able to access My account.
My account tab will start a new window. Is your web browser settings preventing pop ups?
Maybe try a different web browser. Or try the PM app itself.
