Hi I am helping my friend with activating his SIM Card. I have done this a few times and I will need a moderator as the activation will not finish the process after making payment. There is a screen that loads the 4 finalizing tasks and it stops working on the 3rd task and directs me to open a service ticket and now I am here trying to fix this problem.

@Murray3 first make sure you check the credit card , make sure PM didn't charge earlier before trying to activate again
And, is your friend trying to port a number into PM ? If so, was it from Koodo Prepaid? If so, he cannot request porting during activation. He needs to get a temporary number first, then open ticket with PM for a manual porting request
If he is porting from another provider , please enter the account number of the old provider instead of using IMEI
Also, when he tries to go through the activation portal again, please try to use Incognito mode of the browser to assure there is no browser cache issue
