I am not able to connect to the public mobile network. My account is active and just suddenly stopped working today. When I try to make calls it tells me I don't have long distance on my plan (even though it is a local call, and this happens for all local calls) and I cannot receive calls. My APN appears correct but nothing works.

@Alison You posted to a very old thread rather than creating a new topic. This has created the delay in having a Community response.
This is a bug that sometimes creeps into an account. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do as you will need moderator assistance. Send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Given their backlog it may be a day, or two, before you have a response. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to see their response as soon as it arrives.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
