Hi!
I'd like to confirm which day of the month my 100 minutes and my data reset. How do I do this? Can't seem to find the answer.

@peteacher_ott remember that public mobile is based in Ontario and is ET. the data/mins will renew at 12:00am ET. if you are living in the west, you need to compensate for this. ie. 9:00pm PT the previous day will be the actual renewal time

And remember that they are 30 day plans here, not 1 month so the day wont stay the same day of the month for long.

All plan features reset on your pay before date as mentioned above.
Keep in mind that these are all 30 day plans...not month. So the renewal day floats up. After about 5 years it will wrap around to the day you started.

Hi @peteacher_ott ,
Sign in to your self serve account, and under the Overview TAB see where your next payment is due. Remember PM is every 30 days, so the day itself may fluctuate a bit month to month.
In your subject you wrote "Roll-over...". FYI your Plan Minutes or Data does not Roll over to your next 30 day cycle. But any addons you buy do roll over.
