I purchased the roaming bundle for 10 days in the US this morning and I have been able to text and call but the data doesn't work. I chose the $20 one with 250 MB data (when I go on my account this is listed as my add-on), and I have turned my data on but it's not working.

Try connecting manually to at&t it has the most success, and restart your phone.

Have you also enabled roaming? Also try rebooting your phone.
