I bough roaming data add on and went to the US 3 times and the roaming data did not work once. I did the troubleshooting I found but it never worked. It will expire in 4 days and not sure what Public Mobile does about this but it felt kind of ridiculous, luckily I had offline maps downloaded on my phone. The roaming phone calls worked but data never worked.

@eduardogeisel That happened to someone else recently, perhaps an update changed the setting, seems to happen with some things. Like every time my phone does an update it turns bluetooth on when I know it was turned off before.

@Phil_Adelphus for some odd reason data roaming was turned off, I never turned it off it was always on, not sure why it would be off. Maybe the e-sim comes set up as off? But any way thanks for the tip, I did a bunch of troubleshooting and didn't think of the simplest thing. I even changed the APN on the cellular data network to try and get it going but didn't think of roaming being off because I never turned it off, I always went to the US and had Rogers before and it would work fine. But thanks though, I didn't test it yet but it definitely is the solution 😃

3G plans use the 3G, LTE, and 5G netowrks.

Are you on a 3G plan? It wouldn't work in the US, as they have shut down their 3G networks.

@eduardogeisel Presumably you had data roaming turned on?
