Since opening my account I've recieved 2 points per month and also a 10% rate reward points of 4 per month. Now in may I've only recieved 1.75 and no 10% rate rewards. Why is that? I haven't changed anything. @CS_Agent

I can't explain the missing 10%, unless your renewal was just last night - the bonus takes a couple of days to show up.
If you used a referral code there was $10 referral bonus in your available funds and your payment would have ben $30 plus tax instead of $40, correct? Points are only awarded on the money that you actually pay into the account (before tax). So if, down the line, you are redeeming 15 points for a credit, that renewal will charge your card plan cost minus the $15 credit and the points will be calculated on plan cost minus credit.

HI @JcCameron how long you joined PM? I think you are getting the 3x points promotion for 12 months. Maybe it is 12 months already?
