hello, my account was charged with full plan price without adding the authorized payment and loyality rewards, I don't know if this is because i subscribed to new rewards or what's happen

Recommendation around here would be to ask on this forum before doing anything.

 

It might seem overkill, but there’s a lot of stuff people do that they later wish they had not done.

you might as well embrace it because you're now stuck with Points. Here's some light reading that you should have done before voluntarily opting outta Rewards in favor of Points...

If you switched to points then that's it, no more renewal price reduction. You pay full price each time and then accumulate points. Then you can convert those points to credits and that can go towards your renewal cost.

And there's no going back to rewards.
