Friend lost phone and deactivated account for one day but reactivated following day. Received text from PM that rewards payment will be less next month. Will I get it back the next month since account is active again?

@softech : Some time ago a member exposed their balance and it was 4 digits.

This is a normal message when a referral suspends their account via lost/stolen...even for 30 seconds. Pm used to send out a text saying you gained a referral when that same referral would resume their service. They no longer do this nor do you get a text when a referral ports out or has their account cancelled and deactivated.
When a referral suspends their service via lost/stolen you will almost immediately recieve this text during regular business hours. If you log into your self serve account at that time you will see both the $1 reward (pending) disappear along with the last 4 digits of their phone number. Once they resume their service both the $1 reward and their phone number return to the rewards page in your self serve account.
I currently have 12 referrals. One is suspended via lost/stolen. The $1 reward and their last 4 digits of their phone number do not show up in my rewards section of my account until it is unsuspended and reactivated.

If you dont see the rewards back next billing cycle then create a ticket.

Yes....next renewal will see regular rewards applied.

@BeckyM did your friend explicitly put the account Lost/Stolen status and then reactivate after? If so, very likely that the reward won't automatically apply it back.
Logon to My Account and check. He might need to contact PM Support to manually add the rewards back
