Hello!
I converted 15 points from my rewards to data and I have gotten an email confirming that it would receive it within 24 hours but it's now more than 48 hours and I am still yet to receive it. Kindly help.

When did you convert the points? Did you restart your phone?
Also check the Usage Breakdown on the Overview page to see if the data redeemed is there.
