Hi, Yesterday I signed up with Public Mobile and used a friend's referral code . I was told I will receive a one time $10 credit. I just checked my account and cannot see it.
Kindly advise how I can get the credit.

@creceavasile there are no refunds.
You can try to sell your account to someone. Only if you do not want the same number.

Then you have to co tact the moderators and explain yhat by mistake you paid twice and ask them for a refund @creceavasile . This is a prepaid service. There are no guarantees of refunds. Stay safe.

Then you will need to contact moderator. No guarantees that there will be a refund though.
Click on the question mark on right lower corner of website. Type: contact moderator. Follow prompts to submit ticket for moderator help. It will take some time for response though.

I did by mistake an extra payment for 40$. So I have 40$ balance on my account what i want to be refunded back on my Mastercard because I want to change to another provider this week.

More details would be helpful.
Generally speaking, PM does not refund balance to credit card. It is a prepaid system. No refunds or pro-rated plans.
You can use balance for future payments.

it can take up to 72 hours. If you still do not see it click not eh question mark and ask customer service to credit you the rewards that are due.

@ibramal ask your friend if (s)he got you in referral list, if you are there it's fine, if not then something went wrong and you better contact moderators.

@ibramal It can take up to 72 hours to appear. If the code was accepted during activation there is no need to worry.
