I have referred my wife to this provider a month ago but both have no reward received

the Reward you speak of is now just 1 Point for every 30 days as long as she's still a PM'er. Next time your regular plan renews, you can log in to your account > Rewards..you'll see Refer-a-Friend ...1.00 Point

ed...she will get the $10 credited to her account....not you.

So she should have $10 in the section that says Available Funds.  You doesn't see that on her account?

If your renewal date passed already, you should have 1 point on your  account under the Rewards section. You don't see that either? 

If your code was submitted successfully a month ago and neither have you seen the Rewards on your accounts, your wife needs to sign into her account and send a message to PM to review on behalf of you both.

hi @PK13 does you wife sees the $10 credit on her My Account? it should show as available funds 

if not, ask your wife to open ticket for her and yourself using her community account
