How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points you can go to your account then click My Rewards, then in that page click Browse Catalogue. There you can redeem whatever you have enough points for.

@Tyang , to redeem reward points, go to the rewards tab and from there browse the catalog of items to redeem.  To turn points into $, you have to redeem 15 points at a time for $15.

first, you need to have 15 points to redeem for $15 bill credit, no partial redemption.

when you are ready to redeem, login Rewards site: https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/

go to Catalogue , choose the 15 points for $15 credit and complete the transaction

the bill credit will then added to your account shortly
