Good morning,
Since I joined PM in February, I referred several friends and gained $6 community reward. A few days ago, I also referred my son to PM, he opened an account using my code. I checked my account yesterday and saw the additional $1 reward added to the account, bringing the community reward to $7.
This morning I checked my account and now my community reward shows $6 instead of $7.
This is strange. Can you please look into and have it corrected? I will be glad to provide my son's phone number so you can check him account.

You may have lost another one even though you had additionally added your son. Check-in your rewards if you have 7 numbers for the referral.
As soon as someone stops using PM or goes into suspension you lose that referral until they are active again.

Moderators will not talk to you about it but to missing friend.
Check the list and check each last 4 digits and give which friend is not there.
Then contact that friend and verify that they are still with Public mobile.
If not, this is why you lost it.
If yes, give them your referral again and ask them to contact moderators about it, it will be fixed for sure
Btw did you receive sms about losing the referral? Can you locate all the 7 sms congratulating you for the referral? System did have dinner errors and was awarding referrals that didn't happen, it was fixed and many lost some

@nnima it shows the last 4 digits of their numbers. You should be able to tell which one is missing. Call them to find out if they are still here.Stay safe.

@nnima hi they have been cleaning up referrals for old accounts that are closed they may have caught one of yours when your son was added, the same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator mention missing rewards check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

@nnima welcome to the community. Check the last 4 digits of the numbers remaining to see which refer a friend reward may be missing. PM recently cleaned house of some phantom refer a friend rewards that ere being applied.
If you still feel that an error occurred then contact a moderator and ask them to to look into it for you.
There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Are your six other referred friends still Public Mobile customers?
