Hi, I'm still trying to figure out this whole self serve system and I accidentally paid for a next month's service when I meant to get an add-on. I seemed to have figure out the add-on part for roaming but have paid too much now and won't need the plan for the next month. Can someone tell me how to reverse an advanced payment or get a refund?

Thanks for the info. I've contacted them. It says there are funds (27) but I won't be renewing so I'd like it to be at 0

@kevinduong just to understand better what do your available funds say?
did you do an accidental plan change?
most likely there will be no way to get money back and even in the extreme cases it takes about two weeks.

@kevinduong, The only way to get a refund would be to ask the moderators team via private message. Explain what your situation is, and they might be able to reverse the charge. Be sure to include your account information (phone number, email, PIN, etc). They are gone for the day, but will be back on line at 9AM (Eastern). They handle requests in the order they are received, so contact them now.
