Hello, I still have the public mobile sim card, however have not used as I have been away from the country for the past 6 months. Is it possible to reactivate the same sim card and possibly the phone number or do I need to order new. What is the process. Thanks!

Hi @vesna

 

Unfortunately no, if you let service lapse for more than 90 days your account is deleted, your phone number lost and the sim card becomes unusable. You will need to start over by ordering a new sim card, then activate it and pick a new number from the list provided.

If the sim card has been activated in the past then you will need a new sim card
