Approximately three weeks ago, I returned an iPhone XR for a refund. I haven’t heard anything back yet and no refund either. I would like to know approximately how long it takes to process the refund.

HI @AustinSeth it has been 3 weeks and you only have 1 more week for the 30 days money back. Don't wait, open ticket with PM CS Agent
You likely cannot open CPO ticket with Chatbot. Please message them directly:
