I am trying to resume activation but the website keep sending me to login page which kept telling me the password/login ID aren't correct. I paid yesterday and I've got my SIM card now. How to activate my SIM card and transfer my number to Public Mobile?

It would appear that phone is not esim capable. But now you have a sim. But you can't log in with the app.
I guess that's back to the previous reply with the support link.

What's the make and model of the phone? Did you get a qr code in the welcome email?

did you get a Welcome email form PM? scan the QR code to install the eSIM and hope it works

I did that, it tells me "phone is not eSIM compatible" (I checked before I start the whole process, the website told me my phone is eSIM compatible. After I pay for 3 months subscription, it says my phone is not compatible and need to get support. I've got a SIM card now and not able to continue.
