Hello. I have situation I'm slightly confused about. I left the country for a vacation around Nov 21 and plan to get back around Feb 19. Before leaving, I paused my service knowing there was a 90 days grace period to resume. My last payment date was Nov 6 and the next one showing Dec 6. Is the 90 days period from my last payment (Nov 6) or the one that went unpaid (Dec 6). I want to know so that I can either resume it out of country to avoid losing the package or wait till I get back.
Also, would my billing cycle reset to whatever date I resume on? If I resumed early to be safe, would that become the new billing cycle date?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

hi @AMDASK
you can resume the service before the 90 days "deadline". So, if you are outside of the country, you can do so. But don't want till the 89th day, resume no later than 85th day to give you time in case soemthing happen
the billing cycle will be reset , that 30 days cycle will start from the day you resume service

@AMDASK The 90 days started on Dec 6 when your plan didn’t renew you have plenty of time to make payment and resume services if your back Feb 19 no worries
