I forgot to pay my bill this month. But I paid it today, three days later.
How long until my service is reactivated?
I have tried messaging the Moderator_Team...I'm still awaiting a response.
Is there anyone who can help?

You can add AutoPay option that also give you $2/month credit.

@Peace7 Next time it happens if you go into selfserve hit the reactivate button and make payment the system will process the funds immedistely, otherwise the funds will just remain into your account. Reactivation is not automatic.

Yeah sometimes the biggest frustration lies in the waiting. Those dollars will be there for your next payment. Glad you're up and running.

I did that this morning and paid the whole amount.
Just now, I tried to reactivate using the button and adding $5.00...it finally works...lol
I'm kind of annoyed that I had to add more than the amount to get it reactivated but whatever...problem solved

Have you logged into your self serve account? Does it still say your account is suspended?
You may need to reactivate your account in there.
