I forgot my password for my account and when I followed the instructions to reset it I didn't receive an email from public. It has been 20 minutes. Very frustrating. Please help.

Please don't harm the messenger. According to the knowledge base article, the recommendation is to contact the moderator team if the password reset email is not received after 6 hours. This lag time is extremely long, but this is what the knowledge base says to do. Most sites send a time sensitive email that expires after an hour or two. I hope the password reset link time out is much longer than 6 hours.

Supposedly, this has been fixed. But perhaps not.
If the email doesn't arrive, contact the Moderator Team to reset your password.
