I am transferring my number out of public mobile. I received a text this morning at 5:00am asking me to respond with a "Yes" if I agree to transfer. But I only had 90minutes to respond... I was asleep.
I did reply "Yes" 120 minutes later, but received no response in text. I called the number it provided me in the original message and the system told me I have no active request.
How can I get this resent? Feels very unfair to receive the transfer request so early with a time limit.
Please help 🙂

Thanks you both! New carrier says everything is on track to complete the port.

reply Yes still, sometimes, it gives you longer than 90 mins
but at the same time, ask your new provider to re-trigger the port process

this is something you need to check with your new carrier. Call them and ask them to resend
