if that's the case you need to contact a customer service agent 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

type  request email   change

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply

Are you able to log into your My Account, you should find your account under under the Profile TAB.

Or, if you received an activation email, look for that email and you should see the account number in the TO line of that email.

If cannot do above for some reason, as CSA for it.
