I bought international minutes ago but it’s not working so I need refund

just to be clear, people replying on your post ar just customers spending their time to help out

for refund request, you will need to submit a ticket with CS agent and it is up to them to decide, submit your request by message:

you have a complicated process there is no other way to help someone on call and give them a refund or at least do an email

Just private message a CS_Agent on my post link. Make sure you tell them you thought you can call Africa and it was an honest mistake.

Good luck…the Agents are very understanding.

In app they don’t show the country we are able to call because on my monthly plan the give me message to send to international numbers I thought international minutes can call in Africa 

please can I get help to get back my money because that minutes can’t not call in Africa 

I made mistake I didn’t check on website before I buy it

Other than ensuring you are calling one of the included International countries, are you trying to make that call from Canada?

What country are you trying to call?

PM international LD calling are to:  Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

If it is not on the list. You can contact a CS_Agent for an honest mistake on the purchase.
