My name is Bernardo Teixeira. I previously had a Public Mobile account associated with this email address: brteixeira06@gmail.com.
I cancelled my account back in November after switching to Freedom Mobile. The line that was cancelled was associated with the phone number 647-764-4261.
I am requesting a refund for all charges that have continued since the cancellation, as well as immediate confirmation that the account has now been fully cancelled. This situation is unacceptable, as I should not have continued to be billed after terminating the service.
Please reply to this email as soon as possible to confirm resolution of this matter.
