but you can buy a new Public Mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo stores for $10 or from Amazon for $5 https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG
After you got the card, login My account (you might need to click Didn't receive code on the 2FA steps, and choose Send email to get the code via email) , then go to Profile page and update sim card number
in case you cannot login, then you can ask PM support agent to help.
